Welcome to Business Planning KISS Style (Keep It Smart and Simple).

We know you are eager to start - so are we. This will be fun and get you moving (even) faster than you ever thought possible.

The problem with traditional business planning is that you need to plan to grow your business, yet, it takes more time than you have.  As a result, planning takes place in your head but not on paper, and you don't get as much reward from your immense expertise.

So, what is the solution then?

There has got to be a way to make business planning fast, effective and practical for busy business owners. While we are at it, it is vital to extract critical thoughts and ideas out of our head and write them down.

The purpose of this course is for you to gain forward momentum now!

This is NOT another course for learning “how to write a business plan” because we know knowledge is great but it is not enough for success.

Within about 60 minutes invested in this course, you will have a plan that will generate success for you!

Quick note: We used to call the KISS Business Plan "Business Power Plan" (because it is very powerful despite - or actually, because of its simplicity).

You can complete your Business Plan in two ways

  1. Option 1:
  2. Option 2 (most prefer this option):
    • Do this inside of your Notion account.
    • If you have taken our Brilliance Mining Course previously, you know that Notion is an all-in-one workspace.
      • The KISS business plan template we created in Notion is already available to you on your Notion page that we have set up for your Brilliance Mining Cohort.
    • If you are not part of a Brilliance Mining Cohort, email us (DrStephie@TheBrillianceMine.com).

Which option is best for you?

That depends.

If you are more comfortable in Word than with Notion, then Option 1 is best for you.

If you love working in an environment where you can

  • Toggle on and off tips and examples, and
  • Easily type in all sections of the plan
  • Enter your action plan into a table that allows you to sort tasks by priority (and more) - thus combining some of the strengths of Word and Excel

Then you'll most likely love Option 2.
